DELIVERY AND RETURNS
As our wedding favours are hand made, some larger orders can take 4-6 weeks so please order in advance. If you require an urgent order, please email us first and we will advise you on how quickly your order can be processed.
Orders will be appropriately packaged to ensure that they reach you in the best condition possible.
Small orders will be sent by standard uk post charges between £5-£9. Larger orders will be sent using parcelforce 48 or special delivery so that all orders can be fully tracked, this includes real time electronic signature on delivery.
Charges are from £10.99 up to 2 kilos + packaging, most orders are under 4 kilos but for those over and up to 6 kilos £12.99 + packaging and for large orders we will contact you by email to discuss the options and prices available.
Some larger orders of over 50 for example may need to be sent in 2 individual packages to protect the favours, the postage prices will reflect the order size and quantity for posting.
On some occassions we may need to send via a different service to include insurance cover, the price of the postage will remain the same.
Parcelforce deliveries are to an address, not a named individual. When no one is available to accept the item a card will be left informing the recipient of the alternative delivery options available to them.

International Orders
If you have an enquiry regarding international shipping please email. We will be happy to ship overseas but before we can confirm an order we will need to check the cost and agree it with you first.
For countries outside of Europe, we cannot send any items which contain food (Pre made favours with almonds, confetti flowers). If your order is for favour cakes, the boxes can be shipped empty for you to add the contents of your choice, the top of the favour cake will be just a decoration, no almond contents. We cannot accept any responsibility for any duty or customs charges made in the country of receipt.
RETURNS
We do our utmost to make sure that our favours reach you in good condition. However, sometimes in transit damages do occur.
FOR HYGIENE REASONS WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR OUR FAVOURS AS THEY ARE LISTED AS PERISHABLE FOODSTUFFS, EXCEPT IF THEY ARE DEFECTIVE, SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT BEFORE YOU CONFIRM.
If you are unhappy with the condition that you received your order in, please inform us by email as soon as possible and retain the packaging which you received your order in until we have contacted the post office and they have inspected the parcel. Take a photo of how your package arrived. If/when compensation is received from the post office, we will either resend or refund your order.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNLESS AUTHORISED BY DO US A FAVOUR.
If you require a refund or exchange of bridal baskets or hat boxes due to damage, please contact us by email as soon as possible and we will be more than happy to exchange your order if available, although you will be responsible for the return cost of the original package and the condition, until it reaches us.
If you still need to return your product please note that we will refund the initial delivery charge but any furthur charges for returning an item will be your responsibility.
Crafted Favours has the right to change details and prices on our website without prior notice. If you have placed an order and the price has changed, your order will remain at the amount as stated on your confirmation.
Some colours and items may be slightly different to those shown in the photos in our site, the product will remain the same as listed, however some small changes to ribbon size, gift tags or colours may differ, for more details contact us.
Other Information and Notices
Please note that many of our favours contain wires, plastic parts, small parts and are therefore not suitable for small children. The favours were designed for adults and are not suitable as toys.
